Complete customer satisfaction is our first objective. As such, we strive to ensure that every FMW component and system meets customer expectations and performs efficiently and economically.
Plant inspection: Based on an inspection at site, a concept for plant optimization will be prepared, consisting of:
- evaluation of technical status of the plant
- inspection of wear parts
- coordination of spare part offer / suggestion
Maintenance contract: the plant will be inspected periodically; necessary maintenance work will be realized based on a common agreement.
Spare part service: A tailor-made spare part package will be prepared. Important spare and wear parts will be maintained in the mill's stock ensuring their availability for immediate short-term repair or maintenance work. As a result, delivery time delays will be eliminated.
Peridodical visits for plant optimization and extension.
