One of the most notable highlights of these systems is their impressive dewiring rate of 98%, ensuring consistent and precise removal of binding materials.
How it works:
The pulp bales are centered between the wire cutter and the wire coiler. After centering, the wires are cut on one side and captured and a coiled on the opposite side. After each cycle, wires are discharged from the coiler and dropped into a container. For bi-directional wired bales this dewiring procedure is repeated after the bale has been turned.
Why to choose an Automatic Pulp Bale Dewiring?
These systems are ideal for facilities that:
- Seek to increase productivity and efficiency in their pulp bale handling processes
- Aim to reduce labor costs and minimize the risk of worker injuries
- Require a customizable solution to accommodate various bale sizes and binding materials
